This policy explains what personal information KNOWPORT ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only, and not to any other site we may link to.

Information you give us. If you complete the contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, company or organisation, role and audience category you enter. The form opens a message in your own email application, so you decide whether to send it and can edit or discard it first.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include such information in the form.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
